Week 18: L.A. To Visit Yukon in Playoffs

Yukon- Well, the wait is finally over for the Buckets. After missing the "big dance" of the Playoffs their first 2 WFFL seasons, L.A. now gets into the Postseason for the first time since the 2006 season of the NSFL, where they went 1-1 and hosted the Semi-Final game, falling one win short of the Championship game before leaving to help form the WFFL.

The crappy part about returning to the "show" is that they must face the Yukon Goatmen- a team they have lost to 3 straight times in 3 frustrating tries.

"Now we have to go to their house and do something we have never done: beat the Goatmen!" Buckets Coach Tando said. "Even in meaningless practice scrims Wang kickes our asses. I just don't see how we can possibly win this game."

Yukon (11-6) closed the regular season with a 26-3 road loss against West Hollywood (14-3) last week and have the 4th seed as L.A. (11-6) clinched the 5th seed with a 28-31 Overtime loss to Ellet (13-4) last week.

"It would have been nice to beat the Ellet Orangemen and possibly get the #3 seed, but hell we didn't get it done so now we travel to hell." Tando said.

Good luck Yukon Coach Wang!

Cheers,

Jay
