Guidelines For WFFL Team Owners
          AKA: WFFL Etiquette

   1. PLEASE follow your team closely and make necessary changes due to poor play, and especially due to injuries.
The league is far less fun for everyone when a team owner allows his team to play with major injuries to his starting
lineup and/or plays the same roster and schemes without attempting to improve the team when they are playing poorly.

   2. Attendance by local owners for the drafts, approximately every 15 weeks is a MUST! Please be as flexible with
your schedule as possible when draft time comes, as some owners have less flexible schedules.

   3. Check email and respond within 2-3 days to trade offers and questions from other team owners. (If you have issues
that delay a final answer, please let them know this fact.)

   4. If you are going to be unavailable for contact for more than 3 days, please contact me (or all the league owners) and
let them know when you'll be available again. If your unavailability is due to an emergency, please notify me as soon
as you get a chance so I can let the others know.

   5. If you lose interest or do not have the time to devote to running a team, then please bow out of the league gracefully.
Do not let your team grow stagnant. If the time comes where you wish to get back into the league, please contact me
and I will work with you to get you back into the league.

   6. Try to be involved as much as possible in online polls and voting.

   7. Trash talking in jest is welcomed, but please your best judgement when doing so. If someone seems to be bothered
by your comments or jokes, please stop. .
