Week 8: Buckets Get Some Huge Breaks Against Maulers To Win 31-19
Los Angeles-
Wow. This one we didn't earn- we took. The visiting Metro City Maulers ( 3-3-2 ) did everything to dominate the home-team Los Angeles Buckets ( 7-1 ) except one thing: they couldn't hold onto the ball and it cost them on the road in a tough loss to their rival 31-19."We got very lucky!" Buckets coach Jay T. said. "We had a NINETY-FIVE yard interception return for a TD. Think about that. That was HUGE!"
The Maulers marched up and down the field on the Buckets all night- but made turnovers at key times to give L.A. the momentum- and the win.
